Using breathing techniques, imaginative imagery, and a dose of humor, Kate helps clients find awareness in their bodies and bring precision to their movements. This helps to strengthen the connection between the brain and the body, improving alignment, posture, and performance.
Kate has taken extra coursework on Pilates for aging powerfully and believes that anyone with an open mind and desire to learn can benefit from Pilates, regardless of age, size, or current fitness level. She believes that communication, collaboration, and curiosity are essential elements of a successful Pilates program.
